Your order will be shipped worldwide, using DHL express delivery service.
Dispatch Time
Orders made before 12pm local time Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Delivery Time
Europe: 2 to 3 days
America & Oceania: 3 to 5 daysÂ
Remote areas: 3 to 7 days
Shipping times may vary. We work closely with our trusted carriers to limit the delays, however, MENTI does not take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking
Once you place your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation that starts with this symbol (#).
The next step is receiving an email with DHL tracking number once your package is ready to go.
You can check the delivery status by entering a tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Return Policy
MENTI accepts returns received back to our warehouse within 14 days of DHL delivery confirmation. Items received after 14 days will not be able to be returned.
- Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. The product will be checked meticulously, the garment must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- In case the safety ribbon is removed there will not be refund.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund and exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our
quality standards. - Please note we do not do price adjustments on items previously purchased at full price. If an item is purchased on sale and the price drops during the sale time we are unable to do a price adjustment
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that order processing time during sale can take 2-3 days.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU (Such as USA, UK, Australia etc) do not include duties and taxes in the order total.
These charges will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. Customers are responsible for customs clearance costs if the product is held at customs. Duties and taxes are determined by the items ordered, shipping destination, and purchase value. Please consult your local customs office for more details. If your package is rejected by customs, we cannot refund the original shipping costs or any incurred taxes and duties. Ask for duties refund at your local customs clearance office.
We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
How To Make A Return
Follow the below steps to complete this process:
- Please contact us at [email protected] to inform us your return.
- Please use the email you provided at check out along with the order number you received in your confirmation email. This 4-digit number will start will start with a Hashtag # .
- Let us know which item you would like to return.
- Let us know the reason for the return.
- MENTI will arranged the DHL pick up for the return item. DHL will contact you to confirm the time & day of the pick-up.Â
- The item should be returned in the original box.
- The return arrangement will be under the same address you provided when you placed your order.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days after delivery is received back to our warehouse.
- Once we receive your return and confirm its in excellent condition, we will process your refund to the original form of payment
within 10 business days. - Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.Â
- A 12€ restocking fee will be applied to all returns which will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Menti Shop cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse.
